I don't just photograph hospitality. I've worked in it. From managing restaurants and hotels to mastering barista skills and running a cider factory’s cellar door, I’ve gained firsthand experience in the food and beverage industry.
The early mornings, the busy services, the prep, the pressure, the last-minute changes and the million things happening at once. I’ve been on that side of the counter, so I understand that your business is about so much more than what ends up on the plate.
