Frequently Asked Questions - everything you need to know!
How do I receive my images and video?
After the shoot, a link will be sent to your online gallery where you will be able to download all from there. No RAW imagery will be provided and/or released to the client. If specific-sized imagery is required, we can chat through this at the time of enquiry.
How many images will I receive?
This all depends on the package that you choose. During each shoot, I usually take a lot more than required so if you change your mind and choose to upgrade after the shoot then I can certainly arrange this.
What are your payment terms?
A 50% non-refundable deposit and a signed contract are required to lock in your shoot and date. Invoices are to be paid in full before images are released.
Do you work outside of Auckland?
Absolutely! I have worked with clients in the UK and all across New Zealand. If you require me to travel to your location this will be discussed upon enquiry and for studio photography, you can simply courier this to me and I will return it after your shoot.
What is your turnaround time?
Each client photoshoot or video production has a turnaround time of 7-10 working days from the shoot date. If you require your portfolio sooner than this please let me know upon enquiry.
Do you offer refunds?
It is my full intention to deliver the highest quality work to you. It is expected that you have a firm awareness of my style and artistic content creation upon booking. However, in the very unlikely event of a re-shoot please email [email protected] with any questions so we can arrange a phone call to discuss.
Can I be present at the shoot with you?
Planning and prepping for each shoot is very time-consuming and I usually work over multiple days for a studio shoot so I do not have the option of clients being present on product studio shoots. For all location shoots at restaurants and cafés, you are more than welcome to be present.
Can you help me with the planning?
Of course! One of my favourite parts of this business is assisting my client with their creative vision. After your initial enquiry and plan, I will create a mood board for you which will outline the look and details of the shoot. You will approve this before the shoot taking place.
How do I get started?
Once I have received your email, I will send you some initial questions so I can understand your project needs. From there we will work closely together to bring your project to life. My goal is to make this as easy as possible for you.
