These chocolate cups are melt in your mouth perfection! Extra dark chocolate biscuit base, filled with creamy dulce de leche and topped with smooth chocolate and flaky sea salt makes for the perfect after dinner treat or dinner party favourite!
Make them, make them now ...you will not regret it!
When I was first approached by my client Egmont Honey to create a few new recipes featuring their newest dulce de leche product, it's safe to say I was a little excited!
Dulce de Leche is of course delicious, but for those who love it will know it's so sweet and when cooking or baking with it, the main challenge is balancing the flavours correctly.
The good news is that if you are planning to make these, they only take 30 minutes out your day to prep and construct, BUT you will need about 1.5 hours prior to serving these as they need to be chilled.
